PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM ITEMS

All personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your personalization, please contact us at info@paperland.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged because they are made specifically for you.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

Production time for personalized items is approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the product and order size. Shipping time is additional.

All sales are final on personalized and custom-made items.
